Oh my quad Becky, look at that squat!?
This is by no means nor ever will be a fitness blog, simply that isn’t my interest. However, we do love healthy happy bodies that make healthy happy minds! So, without further ado, I have accepted a 30-day 100-squats challenge. The rules are quite self explanatory and I have only heard good things about this challenge!
I hope to bring you better than good results and if any of you want to try or have already done this, share your progress! Checking off day one. Gonna drop it like a squat all month.
