Well this recipe is just insanely yum. Kiwis are the underdogs of the berry family and are so rich in vitamin C, fibres, and antioxidants. If that doesn’t impress you, avocados have been shown to increases memory, reduce stress, and quicken your metabolism. Eat ‘em when they’re just ripe. Mmm….we like green.
